幕を開く一言 / An opening line

今日は舞台に上がる前の役者のような気分。挨拶や発表をひとつ引き受けたら、午後は反応を数えるより自分の言葉を磨こう。大切なのは拍手の大きさでなく、伝えたかったことが届いたかどうか。

Accept one small moment in the spotlight: introduce an idea or greet someone first. Later, revise the line you wish you had delivered better. Your measure of success is clarity, not applause.

Collaborate without erasing the differences. Put two competing sketches side by side and look for what each gets right. A shared design need not begin with agreement on everything.
