先に進む力が、今日は「迎える力」へ変わります。自分の予定を押し通す前に、会話、仕事、食事のどこかで一人分の余白をつくってください。招く相手は大勢でなくて構いません。席を一つ空けることで、あなたの速さは独走ではなく、場を始める合図になります。

誕生月の光は十分にあります。今日はその光を、努力が見えにくかった人へ向けてください。食卓でも会議でも、短い一言で相手の貢献を具体的に示しましょう。中心に立つ人が周囲を照らすとき、拍手は一度で終わらず、場全体の記憶になります。
